Southwestern Social Science Association President Cynthia Cready announced that Alex R. Piquero, Ashbel Smith Professor of Criminology and Director of Social Impact Research, Office of Research at The University of Texas at Dallas will deliver the presidential keynote address at the association’s centennial annual meeting. The SSSA 2020 annual meeting is October 29-31 in Austin, Texas. The plenary session is scheduled for Thursday, October 29, 4:00 PM, followed by the presidential reception, both at the Hyatt Regency.
