Each of our seven affiliates arranges its own distinctive set of events, and the association as a whole also hosts meta-events with participants from each affiliate.

Call for Proposals
General Program Chair Tracy Dietz (Sociology, University of Central Florida) has issued a Call for Proposals, with paper and panel proposal submission contacts for each SSSA affiliate (Economics, History, International Studies, Political Science, Social Work, Sociology, and Women’s & Gender Studies).
Hotels & Travel
SSSA will be traveling to the beautiful city of Denver in 2009, for a program organized under the theme, “Investing in the Social Sciences: A Hidden Gem in Higher Education.” Join more than 1,000 colleagues at the Grand Hyatt in downtown Denver, on a diverse program representing the major social science disciplines.
